We are looking for exceptional young men and women to devote their summer to impacting young lives. At T Bar M Camps our mission is to present an exciting, encouraging and enthusiastic camp experience for kids of America. Our summer staff counselors, or as we call them "coaches", make this happen!
We're looking for coaches who...
Each coach should be able to teach a sport or activity at camp. Can you play a sport? Can you rock climb? Can you water ski? Can you dance?
Make a difference in a camper's life!
FOOTBALL - TENNIS - BASEBALL - GYMNASTICS - DANCE - SOCCER
HORSEBACK RIDING - WATER SKIING - CANOEING - SAILING VOLLEYBALL - BASKETBALL - SWIMMING - ARCHERY - GOLF
MOUNTAIN BIKING - ROPES COURSE
If you have a heart for kids, then you're going to love T Bar M camps. We have the coolest kids from America looking forward to having the time of their lives! Our experience tells us that the relationship between coaches and campers is God's special workshop for changing lives.

Cabin Time
Two coaches will be responsible for ten campers. You will eat, play and hang out together..... the perfect way to build real relationships.

Batter's Box/First Fruits
Each coach will have a small team of four to five campers that will discuss Bible lessons each morning.

Specialty/Activity Time
Each coach will assist with instruction and skill development during Specialty/Activity times.
God is first in all things at T Bar M Camps. We strongly believe in spiritually feeding our college staff so that they in turn can feed campers. Here are a few ways we keep our staff in the Word...

Inspirational teaching during Staff Training Week
Each year T Bar M brings in dynamic speakers to help prepare you for the summer. You will be challenged in your daily walk like never before!

Covenant Groups
Our staff is divided into small groups that meet weekly to encourage and support each other. These covenant groups become a very special part of building friendships that last a lifetime.

Weekly Bible Studies
We all know that regular time in the Word is the key to keeping our mind, body and spirit ready for each day's adventure. We believe meeting each day prepares us to be an instrument in God's hand. This is an incredible time as our full-time staff pours into the coaches different mornings before we begin the day.
