By working together to creatively navigate the Snake Crossing, nominating the next contestant for the Outback Food Challenge, putting your best marksman forward for the Bull's-eye, or cheering your team through the Drought Precautions, you will see each other in a more non-threatening manner which will translate into a better work environment. This allows you to take things a little less serious back at work. Your entire perception of each other will change. You’ve played together, laughed together and creatively problem solved together, so now you are empowered to meet your office demands as a dynamic creative team rather than merely coworkers.
