Leadership Challenge

Our emphasis is on character development and building life skills to motivate young minds and complement classroom instruction. Watch students learn to trust classmates through mastering the Maze, tackling the Trust Fall, or becoming a Willow in the Wind.

Student’s listening and communication skills are sharpened by surviving the Shipwreck, completing the Blueberry/Raspberry rumor mill, and participating in a wacky water skit. Minds are stretched through creative problem solving on the Keypad, the Traffic Jam and the Lava Pit. These are just some of the character traits and unique games students can experience while developing important skills that will help them effectively deal with daily challenges.

Low Ropes Programming

Low Ropes are a series of problem-solving experiences that physically engage teams to develop and execute a plan. Each challenge draws on every team member's contributions—their ideas, their support, and their efforts. The Low Ropes is structured so that activities build upon one another and increase in difficulty as trust and confidence with the group rise.

High Ropes Course

The students are provided the opportunity to expand their comfort zones and overcome fears while being encouraged by their facilitator and fellow students. High ropes consist of a number of different challenges varying from a climbing wall to zip lines. This is a life changing experience for most students that result in increased confidence and trust.
