Payment Policies

To finalize your reservation, return a copy of your contract with your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to:

A final number of participants must be provided 7 days prior to your arrival.

Participant Insurance

All signed medical history and release forms must be completed and mailed to us 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Our insurance carrier requires this information for all participants.

Each participant will be covered under an accident and injury policy while participating in our program.

Facility Policies

Smoking and alcohol consumption are PROHIBITED during all programming.

Cabin keys are not issued to individuals; therefore, please leave valuables at home.

Food is not allowed in cabins.

Food fights, water balloon fights, shaving cream fights, etc. are not allowed on T Bar M property.

GROUPS WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES TO PROPERTY AND EQUIPMENT.
