T Bar M Camps - Policies

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

  • Campers canceling before March 3, 2010 will have their deposit transferred to a sibling. If no sibling is registered, the deposit will go into a Campership Fund (all forfeited fees are placed in this Campership Fund, which helps needy campers have the T Bar M experience).
  • Sports Camp/Camp Travis campers canceling after March 3, 2010 will forfeit $125 and receive a refund of the remaining camp tuition. Day Camp campers canceling after March 3 forfeit $100.
  • Sports Camp/Camp Travis campers that cancel within 30 days of their session will forfeit $200. Day Camp campers canceling within 30 days of their session forfeit $125. Campers that cancel within 14 days of their session will forfeit their entire tuition fee.
  • Campers canceling due to illness, with written doctor’s orders, will receive their entire camp fee less $125 per camper.
  • Our cancellation policy has been created due to the increased demand for available camper space and to insure fairness to all who wish to attend T Bar M Camps.

ABSENCES AND WITHDRAWALS

  • The Directors reserve the right to dismiss any camper whose influence and conduct becomes detrimental to the best interests of the program. No refunds will be made for dismissed campers or withdrawals. The only exception is for a withdrawal on doctor's orders, in which case $50.00 for each remaining day will be refunded. We are a nonprofit organization and any forfeiture of deposits or fees will be put in our camp scholarship fund.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • We cannot guarantee that your camper’s spot will be held without total tuition paid by March 3, 2010.
  • Advance payments may be made monthly by check, or charged to your credit/debit card online at Parent Connection. All payments must be completed by March 3, 2010, so begin making your payments early. Contact our office for more information.
