Summer '08 will be our 5th annual voyage of T Bar M Bahamas Adventure Camp for Juniors, Seniors and Graduates of High School! At Bahamas Camp we're trading cabins for a 75-foot sailboat complete with a Captain and sea-worthy crew, but we're also keeping our Travis Traditions of First Fruit Devos, Main Thing praise and worship, relationships with awesome college coaches and strong leadership of a T Bar M Camp Director as we set sail.

Bahamas Adventure Camp is for Juniors, Seniors and Graduates
June 13 - 21, 2008
Cost: $1700 with a $150 non-refundable deposit (airfare included in cost)
Preliminary Itinerary:
- Friday arrive at Sports Camp at 3 o’clock
(if flying, need to arrive at SA airport between 1-3 pm)
- Trip training and prep begins Friday evening (evangelism, sports, group games, etc)
- Saturday morning leave Austin International Airport for flight bound for Nassau.
- Board boat in Nassau/Paradise Island and set sail for a not-so-touristy island in the Bahamas early Monday morning.
- Parents will pick up campers at Austin International Airport, or if boarding connecting flight, staff will remain w/ campers
Activities (subject to change)
- Sports Camp will be held in the afternoons for local island children Tuesday - Friday.
- Mornings consist of “camp” activities Bahamas style (snorkeling, dingy boats, various water sports)
- Friday afternoon and evening will include a special sail and snorkeling adventure.
Refund Policy
If canceling within 30 days, lose $800 (airplane and boat tickets have been purchased and are non-refundable). If canceling within 14 days, lose entire camp fee.
Food
While traveling to and from the Bahamas, all meals will be provided (3 meals a day). While on boat, boat staff will serve 3 meals, and snacks will be provided by T Bar M (lunches usually sandwiches, dinners are hot meals). Each camper should bring no more than $50 for extra snacks/souvenirs.
Staff
Each Bahamas Camp will have one T Bar M Director plus two T Bar M staff, a boat Captain and two deck hands.
Other info
Each camper will need to have a passport since traveling without parents. Campers will turn meds in to staff. A parent packet will be sent out in April with more details
