Our Guarantee

T Bar M Camps strives to deliver quality and reliability on all orders. If you are not satisfied we offer you full exchange and return privileges. All exchanges and returns will be handled immediately. If we made a mistake on your order, we guarantee we'll make it right!

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product:

  • Simply return the invoice/packing list along with the merchandise, and we will ship the replacement promptly.
  • Please note your reason for exchanging the product(s) on the packing list. Merchandise damaged in the possession of the consumer cannot be exchanged.
  • To ensure proper handling of your exchange within the T Bar M General Store, you must place the Return Goods Label, provided on the invoice/packing list, on the outside of your package.
  • The customer making the exchange will pay the return shipping cost to T Bar M as well as the second shipping charge.
  • If you feel that T Bar M has made a mistake on your order, please call (830) 620-4263 for a Return Shipment Authorization. We'll arrange for UPS to pick up the package and bring it back to us.

Returns

If you need to return a product:

  • Simply return the invoice/packing list along with the merchandise.
  • Please note your reason for returning the product(s) on the packing list.
  • To ensure proper handling of your return within the T Bar M General Store, you must place the Return Goods Label, provided on the invoice/packing list, on the outside of your package.
  • Full refund will be issued for items returned, however damaged or worn merchandise will NOT receive a refund. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
  • The customer making the return will pay the return shipping cost.
  • If you feel that T Bar M has made a mistake on your order, please call (830) 620-4263 for a Return Shipment Authorization. We'll arrange for UPS to pick up the package and bring it back to us.

Was your package damaged?

If your order was damaged in shipment, please hold the merchandise and save the damaged packaging. Give us a call at (830) 620-4263. We'll have UPS pick up and inspect the package and merchandise so that we can make it right for you!
