Is there a restaurant on property?

While we do not have a restaurant on property, our Buckboard Dining room serves catered, casual buffet-style meals for our groups on property. Our team can also expertly set up dining options in any of our 8 distinct venues or any of our outdoor space.
During Spring Break and Summer, the poolside Lonestar Grill is open and serves food and beverages to all guests on property. 

Can we bring our own food?

All food and beverages must be provided by T Bar M. We welcome our guests to bring specialty cakes.

Will there be campers mixed in with our group?

During the summer, our campers are isolated to a designated camp area for meals, learning and recreation.  Occasionally you will see campers swimming in our Big Spring pool or playing games on the Front yard but group business and campers do not mix.   

What amenities do we have access to?

Outdoor Amenities: Zero-entry family pool, hot tub, recreational field we call the Front Yard, nine-hole putting-green, ladder golf, horseshoes, and washers.

Indoor Amenities: Indoor gym complex with a full basketball / volleyball court, weight room and cardio machines, game tables: ping-pong, pool, air-hockey, shuffleboard, foosball.

What time is check in/check out?

Check-in is 4pm

Check-out is 11am

Can we check in early?

Upon request, if the room is available we may allow early check-in. If the room is not ready, we are happy to hold your luggage at our front desk.

Do you offer group discounts?

We offer all-inclusive retreat packages for groups looking for a one-stop shop with overnight accommodations, meals and meeting space access.

If pricing needs to be separated, we also offer a discounted overnight rate per room with at least 10 rooms block, a food & beverage minimum requirement and meeting space reserved.

Do you offer programming/team building?

Looking to grow teams, build leaders, and break down barriers to success and growth? So are we. Whether you need a full-load of programming or just a quiet location for a private get-away, we can help.

What is the parking like?

Parking is always free. We have designated parking areas that your event coordinator will direct you to before your group arrives.

Some parking areas may require a short walk to your event. If there is a concern for handicap or elderly, please let your event coordinator know ahead of time so we may assist with golf cart pickups or make special arrangements.

We have wheelchair accessibility throughout our property

Are cabins wheelchair accessible?

Two of our seven cabins offer a wheelchair ramp for entry and one of our cabins offers shower space that is ADA compliant.

Can you accommodate for special diets?

We gladly serve guests with dietary restrictions/food allergies. They will experience exceptional cuisine that caters to their special needs.

What is included in the basic A/V package?

A screen, podium, microphone(s), sound system, white board, easel, TV, DVD player, a/v cart and audio output connections are included in our basic package. 

Additional items are available to rent for a cost including LCD projector, flip charts, markers, notepads and pens

When is payment due?

We require a deposit two weeks after the date of booking.  Final payment is due before departure on the end date of your event. 

* Exceptions are made for school groups and government affiliated organizations

What is required to book or block space?

You can settle arrangements for booking with a retreat or programs representative.  A contract agreement is executed based on the initial plans for the event.  A signed copy of the contract and deposit are due two weeks after the contract issuance date.  Only groups with a signed contract and deposit on file will have space reserved.  A deposit is typically one-third of the total estimated cost.
